The liquid painting service is performed in a plant for electrostatic painting with double cabin (for bottom and for enamel), having a chain capacity of 20 quintals per hook, able to paint components of maximum size 5000 x 2000 x 1800 mm (approx.), with excellent results both in terms of aesthetics and duration.

Painting and test reporting

Liquid-painted parts are checked and selected by Euroforesi staff before proceeding to packaging. All components undergoing liquid painting are accompanied by a test report, indicating the control parameters agreed with the customer. The staff is always at your disposal for sampling and technical advice or to manage the stages following painting, such as assembly and special packaging with labelling.
